I am thinking about participating in the Shout It Out Project by =liliy. I already started writing down some things I would put on there and ended up with about 2 pages in a normal word document. We'll see if I manage to get around to it. It definatly is an awesome idea.

It's wednesday again ALREADY?!? *sigh*
Life is seemingly getting shorter. The day is over and I am left with lots of things to do yet again that I didn't get around to today. Especially Wednesdays are exhausting. School til 5pm, piano lesson at 6pm. Not home til around 7.15pm. Then eat, homework, dA, bed.
About the thing I was talking about in my last journal....well I decided I'd let you know. It's basically about me looking for an aupair job starting this summer. I don't exactly know for sure where I want to go. I mean, until I found a very awesome family in Birmingham there wasn't even a question about it. I wanted to go to London. No, I was going to go to London. Now I found that job that sounds rather cool:
2 lovely little girls aged 6 and 1 (basically exactly what I wanted)
£150 a week (minimum wage lies at £60 a week)
free room/food
own laptop with internet connection
£20 a month top-up for my phone
and they are planning on traveling alot this year and if they'd take me along (which they would like alot) they'd of course pay for everything

...BUT (of course there is a but) two hours away from where I originally wanted to go. Plus, yes I'd get alot more money then I was expecting to get but I'd also have to pay to go to London to visit my friends there all the time (I promised I would) and I'd be working 63 hours a week. That's quite an amount of time even though I know it would "only" be babysitting. But looking after a 1 year old isn't THAT easy. Made my experience there...
So I don't exactly know what to do. I found an aupair agency in London that finds families for aupairs and I am going to apply there. (it's free of charge and I don't obligate to anything. If I do find a family some other way I'll be able to get out without problems. I found that family in Birmingham through aupair-world.net.)
I am kind of hoping to get a great offer from there so that I won't need to worry about having to take that other job. Though I didn't even get it yet really. Just that they are interested in me. I am ahead of myself, I know. Worrying what to do about the eggs before buying the chicken. Well, that's who I am.
